Job Description
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is a key team member of the Custom Construction sales & marketing team. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute an integrated marketing communications strategy, focusing on digital marketing. This position will be responsible for supporting digital strategy and administrative tasks to include newsletters, email marketing campaigns, website optimizations, and google business profile maintenance. The coordinator will also play a key role in implementing a social strategy for all entities. As a marketing team member, the coordinator will work collaboratively with all team members to support the organization’s mission and initiatives while driving a brand strategy that delivers an unparalleled customer experience for our clients.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Related Field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Experience in HootSuite, SproutSocial, or Buffer
- Experience in Microsoft Suite
- Strong project management skills
- Generate, execute, and publish social media content
- Ongoing trendspotting of social media and digital trends
- Pitching, creating, and publishing social media content specific for each platform
- Create graphics for internal and external use
- Assist in developing website assets (newsletters, blogs, project highlights, etc.)
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and adjust content and strategy as needed.
- Assist in maintaining targeted fiscal budgets
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Support event planning – coordinating logistics, creating promotional materials, and providing onsite support
- Develop email marketing campaigns, including content creation, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics
- Drive Google Business Profile growth through interaction, refreshed content, and monitoring ads
