Custom Concrete is seeking a hardworking, dedicated individual to join our team as a Safety Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the Safety Manager in ensuring compliance with federal and state safety and health regulations. Safety is everyone's responsibility, and as a Safety Coordinator, you will help train and develop our safety program.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with all divisions to reinforce and grow our safety program, promoting safety awareness through various training initiatives, maintaining a safety reference library, and conducting safety and quality audits at job sites.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and experience in safety compliance and OSHA/IOSHA standards.
