Job Description :
Under general supervision, follows defined procedures, receives, stores and issues materials and supplies used in production. Performs miscellaneous tasks, such as handling, counting, identifying, storing, and issuing of stock and materials. Performs unpacking, repacking, kitting of materials as well as the keeping of stock and material issue records as required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the receipt, storing, and delivery to production of stock and materials as required. Actual movement of goods into and out of the Stock Room may be required;
- Performs count verifications and checking of incoming material against accompanying documents to determine completeness and accuracy;
- Keeps stock in neat and orderly arrangements;
- Groups parts by picking list job numbers;
- Performs cycle counting and reporting;
- Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work;
- Performs cycle counting and reporting;
- Performs task equal to or exceeding established standards;
- Accomplishes production quotas;
- Working consistently, working overtime, and traveling as required;
- Conducts themselves in a business-like civil manner;
- Ability to react to changes productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned;
- Awareness of cure date / expiration requirements
