Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Maintain schematics for all machinery and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
- Oversee high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any facility-related concerns.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in facilities management.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
- Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Knowledge of high voltage systems is preferred; low voltage experience is also beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics effectively.
