Custom Decorators has immediate opportunities for experienced design & sales professionals to partner with us as in-home custom window treatment Designers. This includes interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery & outdoor roller shades.
Successful Designers that work for our company come from the following backgrounds:
- Interior design, window treatment sales, flooring sales, closet design, kitchen & bath remodels, and other home-investment & remodeling services.
- Graduates with degrees in design or related fields.
- Independent design company owners who are looking to expand their business.
- Experienced salespersons who have a passion for selling in the home.

Education and Experience
- Previous sales experience required.
- In-home sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Periods of standing and walking throughout the in-home and retail spaces.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times (window treatment samples).
