Custom Decorators, Inc. (CDI) has immediate opportunities for Designer Sales Consultants to partner with us as in-home custom window treatment consultants.

Job Description
We are looking for a high-level salesperson! If you build rapport like a pro, can work past objections, build value and sell on quality not price, and know how to close…we want you on our team!
We offer a generous base pay ($52,000/year) plus commission earnings, online and in-person training, and opportunities to secure and grow your pipeline of business using the leads we generate on your behalf. This is a full-time position with 4 weeks paid training to learn our quality product lines. There is an unlimited earnings potential, and our top salespeople earn well over $100,000 annually.
There is no cold-calling (unless you want to sell our product to your own referrals!). We will provide you with quality leads from our retail channel partners. We also provide you with your product samples, an iPad, cellular phone reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement. Our healthcare benefits package is fantastic, including medical, dental, vision, and company-paid-for life insurance, STD, and LTD. You will be 100% vested in your 401(k) immediately and the company match is great.
