We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cart Attendant to join our team. The Cart Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of carts throughout the facility. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collect and organize carts from designated areas, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
- Monitor cart availability and restock as necessary to meet guest demand.
- May be required to deliver carts as needed. Drivers license required.
- Able to detail carts and perform safety inspections.
- Provide information about the facility, events, and services available to guests.
- Assist with cash handling processes when required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Cash handling experience is a plus, demonstrating reliability in financial transactions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills; public speaking experience is beneficial.

Pay: $16.44 - $17.21 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
