Custom Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including payroll processing, human resources support, banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, 401(k) plan administration, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
- Provide support to the human resources department
- Manage banking and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Administer the company's 401(k) plan
- Organize company events and activities
- Look for ways to gain efficiencies and improve processes
- Occasionally answer phones and greet visitors
