Job Title : Office Administrator

Custom Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including payroll processing, human resources support, banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, 401(k) plan administration, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records
  • Provide support to the human resources department
  • Manage banking and financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Administer the company's 401(k) plan
  • Organize company events and activities
  • Look for ways to gain efficiencies and improve processes
  • Occasionally answer phones and greet visitors

Salary :

  • The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 based on experience.

    Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
