What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Process customer orders, generate quotes, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Proactively prospect leads through research, e-mailing, and cold calling.
- Maintain and update customer data and records in our ERP/CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication abilities.
