Custom Fit Auto Glass & Calibration is a locally owned organization offering windshield replacement and repair services, ADAS calibration, and window film installation. We are growing and looking to add an Auto Glass Technician Trainee to our great organization!

Someone with experience in windshield, replacement and repair, ADAS calibration, and/or window film installation is preferred, but not required, as the company will provide full hands-on training, as well as education necessary to be a successful Automotive Glass Technician.
As an Entry Level Auto Glass Technician, you will engage in a 90 day probationary period.
Qualified experience could warrant placement at a different level.
Job Duties and Requirements
- Remove and Install windshields and other auto glass in our shop and, on occasion in field locations.
- Repair rock chips in windshields
- Repair and/or replace window regulators, motors and other associated equipment
- Calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) when required for successful windshield installation
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites and to pick up parts
- Interact with customers in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean background check and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must display mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to effectively communicate
- Must maintain a positive attitude
- Must contribute to a safe work environment
- Must maintain adequate attendance
- Must have effective time management
- Must be able to work business hours during the week and, occasionally, on weekends
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments as needed
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle

Work Schedule
- Full time position, working a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional Saturday shift required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
