Job Summary :

Key responsibilities :
Planning and Scheduling :
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules, including preventative maintenance tasks, routine inspections, and corrective repairs.
Team Management :
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
Budget Control :
Monitor maintenance costs, manage expenses, and ensure adherence to budget limitations.
Equipment Maintenance :
Oversee the repair and replacement of equipment, including coordinating with vendors for parts and service contracts.
Safety Compliance :
Enforce safety procedures and ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations.
Emergency Response :
Manage emergency maintenance situations, including coordinating repairs during unexpected breakdowns.
Reporting and Analysis :
Generate reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget status.
Facility Inspections :
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and prioritize repairs.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
