The right person for this role will have experience with a wide variety of glass cutting & installation, ideally with at least 5 years of experience working all aspects of the industry. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• 5 Years Experience as a Lead Installer (Residential Heavy Glass/Storefront Metal)
• Working knowledge of Heavy Glass & Hardware Installation
• Highly skilled in Glass Cutting
• Ability to manage, lead, & work alongside a crew of other installers
• Ability to communicate with customer effectively & respecfully
• Clean Driving Record
• Motivation
• Goal-Orientated
• Detailed
• A self-starter
• Have great attitude and a desire to learn
• Must be able to verbally communicate well
• Must appreciate humor and Chuck Norris jokes
• Must not ever play Taylor Swift in company vehicles
