Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Elevate client experiences, turning them into advocates
- Technical Support: Work on and resolve Level 2 and 3 Helpdesk Tickets. Take Help Desk calls and act as escalation point for level 1 and 2 issues.
- On-Site Support: Be the primary field technician assisting clients with troubleshooting and installation of a wide variety of needs, including servers, networking, PC installation, printers, and other equipment.
- System Monitoring: Ensure smooth operation of Monitoring & Management Tools
- Project Management: Strategically assist with tasks and project schedules
- Continued Learning: Constantly grow both technically and personally
Required Competencies:
- System Administration: 5 years in system administration, with Windows servers and desktops, and experience working in a B2B setting.
- Networking & Platforms: Proficient in advanced networking,
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with adaptability and quick learning.
- Professionalism: High standards in task execution, collaboration, and relationship building.
- Strategic Thinking: Balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Ability and space to work remotely
