We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Healthcare Customer Support / Cashier at our compounding pharmacy. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in assisting customers, processing transactions, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer purchases accurately and promptly.
- Answer customer inquiries about pharmacy products and services.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to provide exceptional service to our patients.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and transactions.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
