Custom Health is looking for a hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our pharmacy team as an Independent Contractor Pharmacist on a per diem basis.
Reporting to General Manager/Pharmacist In-Charge, this position is responsible for fulfilling prescriptions in adherence packaging, using state-of-the-art technology, and shipping them to pharmacies and long-term care facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring that prescriptions are accurately and timely filled for shipment.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Reviews prescriptions and dispenses prescribed drugs according to regulatory requirements and guidelines in a closed-door environment.
- Ensures reports from Adherenet software are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for drug procurement, dispensing, monitoring, and providing drug information to the associated professional staff.
- Oversee the Pharmacy Technicians.
- Oversees the preparation of automated dispensing machines.
- Assists in preparation for shipping
- Represent Custom Health as a knowledgeable, professional, and respected brand ambassador, embodying the image and values of the organization.
- Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the operational unit, company, or as directed by the Board of Pharmacy.
Qualifications:
- This position requires a registered pharmacist (RPh), closed door experience is a plus.
- Professional pharmacy exposure equivalent to at least 1 year. (Required)
- Pharmacy license in the State of Florida.
- Excellent communication skills.
