Shift: 645p-7a, every other weekend Required Certs BLS, NIH, Valid Nursing License (KY or Compact) Required Work Experience-2 years Acute Care experience Mixture of patient acuity, friendly peers and resources available # beds/procedures: Every unit has between 9 to 14 beds, not a specific procedural area Patient ratio: between 9-14 patients per unit, rations are 4/1 or 5/1 depending on acuity
