Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in home health care to join our dynamic team as a local contract nurse. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey.

Benefits
