Summary
As a Caregiver at Custom Helpers Home Health Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This position involves providing essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the compassionate care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
- Remind clients of medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical tasks, including lifting when necessary.
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving or home health care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients as needed.
- Knowledge of dementia and basic health monitoring is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Monadnock region.

We are looking for someone to have flexibility with scheduling, this would include mostly days but also some evening shifts. 5 days of work per week with 2 days off. You must be reliable and have reliable means of transportation. If you are an LNA, your hours worked will count towards your license as we are a home health care agency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
