What Your Day Looks Like at Custom:
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll provide hands-on personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being by:
- Assisting with personal hygiene needs like bathing, oral care, and grooming.
- Supporting daily activities such as dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly living environment for patients.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals, assisting with feeding if needed.
- Following personalized care plans in collaboration with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
- Observing and reporting significant changes in the patient’s condition to the assigned nurse.
- Documenting care in line with organizational standards and maintaining professional conduct.
- Participating in orientation, staff meetings, and training programs (e.g., QAPI, Emergency Preparedness).

Who You Are:
- Certified Professional: Valid certification through the state (required).
- Experienced Caregiver: At least 1 year of certified nursing experience.
- Age Requirement: Minimum of 18 years old.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately.
- CPR Certified: Current certification is required.
- Compassionate: Demonstrates tact, patience, and a commitment to excellent hygiene and professional care.
