We are seeking a passionate and dedicated bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Oyster Loft / Wooly's.
Responsibilities:
- Bar Services: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced bar and restaurant setting.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, take orders efficiently, and provide excellent service while serving snacks and beverages.
- Personalized Recommendations: Evaluate customer preferences and make tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
- Cocktail Creation: Skillfully blend ingredients to craft a variety of cocktails that exceed customer expectations.
- ID Verification: Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Inventory Management: Replenish and manage the bar's inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a guest-centric approach, fostering a superior guest experience through attentive and responsive service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
- Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of wine, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- POS Experience: Experience with Point of Sale systems.
- Attitude and Communication: Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Availability: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a California Food Handler's Certification card and Responsible Beverage Service Certification.
Compensation:
$16.50/Hr
