Job Overview:
We are looking for a server who can deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate has previous experience working as a server in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating excellent guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and direct them to their tables
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system promptly
• Memorize menus and make recommendations to dining room guests
• Provide attentive service by refilling drinks and checking in during meals
• Address guest service issues and refer guests to management when necessary
• Maintain sanitation standards
Key Qualifications:
• Previous food service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food service regulations and wine/spirits
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
