Job Summary:
Our servers play an integral role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a professional server who is passionate about food and service, enjoys creating excellent guest experiences, and has a friendly, outgoing disposition. The ideal candidate has previous experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and direct them to their tables
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system in a timely fashion
• Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room guests
• Provide attentive service to guests by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals
• Promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to management when necessary
• Maintain sanitation standards and practices
Requirements:
• Previous food service experience
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of food service regulations, wine, and spirits
• Ability to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
