Job Description

Responsibilities
- Taking food and beverage orders and entering them into our system in a timely fashion
- Memorizing our food and beverage menus and making recommendations to guests
- Promptly addressing guest service issues and referring guests to management when necessary
- Maintaining sanitation standards and practices
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a server in a busy restaurant setting
- Friendly and outgoing disposition
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food service regulations and wine/spirit knowledge (a plus)
