Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized & proactive Business Administrator to join our team. This role is vital to keeping our office running smoothly, planning and executing company events, managing office supplies, and overseeing our social media presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a great communicator, and enjoys multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully functional
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Event Planning
- Organize internal and external company events, such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and off-site meetings
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, expos, conferences, and company-hosted events
- Manage booth setup, shipping, staffing schedules, promotional materials, and equipment
- Ensure all event deadlines, registrations, and requirements are met
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the company’s brand and values
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track analytics
- Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company updates, events, products, and culture
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags in a timely and professional manner
- Foster a positive and engaging online community that reflects the company’s values
- Analyze social media performance and use insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
- Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to keep content fresh and relevant
- Run paid social media ad campaigns, boosting posts and targeting key audiences
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, event planning, or social media marketing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Creativity and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Later)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
