Injection Molding Process Tech. Duties: Job involves preparation and set up of the injection molding press for production of approved parts. Startup and adjust process to produce quality products. Produce acceptable samples from new or changed molds. Essentials Of Job Responsibilities: Verify proper material is at the press. Verify preventive maintenance done at designated intervals. Follow instructions for proper set up for specific mold and place at press for reference. Obtain mold, when necessary, from specific location and set mold in place. Clean and keep molding press area organized. After production complete, mold is removed, prepared for storage and placed in proper location. Notify shift supervision of problems. Assist manufacturing at injection molding press as necessary Any other duties as assigned. Training Requirements: MSDS, ISO overview, procedure knowledge and additional safety requirements. Education and Skill Requirements: Use of hand tools assigned. Injection molding defect knowledge. Knowledge of various materials and how to process. Good eyesight, motor skills, basic math, good reading ability, retention Motivation, pride, communication, good attitude, willingness to change, good judgment, ability to follow directions. Paulson Training or RJG Physical Demand/Work Environment Able to lift 55# Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time Good motor skills
