What we're looking for :
We are seeking a dynamic Local Community Manager who is a catalyst for driving sales growth, is highly adaptable, and is able to enhance Custom Ink's brand presence within the community. This role is ideal for a proactive team member with a strong track record in sales, fostering long-term customer relationships, and community engagement.
- 4 years of experience in sales or a high-volume customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and develop strategies for market growth.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience with Google Suite and comfort with learning new technological systems; Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the local market as needed (minimum 10%).
Compensation :
For this salaried exempt position is $60,000- $70,000 plus a performance bonus targeted at 15% of base salary, tied to individual performance and continued retention.
