Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Receiving Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items match purchase orders.
- tTrack inventory levels and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accordingly.
- Perform picking and packing or Crating duties as needed to prepare items for distribution.
- Operate Forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that all products are stored properly and accessible.
- Assist in order fulfillment by preparing packages for shipment according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to receiving and stocking.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving receiving or inventory management.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is desirable.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
