Job Responsibilities:
· Bring Kitchen and Bathrooms to life by drawing accurate floor plans and perspectives
· Assist Designers in estimating projects by quoting products, obtaining subcontractor quotes, and conducting research to identify solutions.
· Help designers prepare for client meetings and presentations.
· Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products offered by Custom Kitchens and provide support to Designers in accessing accurate product information.
· Liaise with product representatives to keep Designers informed of relevant industry updates and innovations.
· Maintain a well-organized, up-to-date, and accurately labeled sample inventory.
· Order new samples as necessary and ensure all samples are easily identifiable and accessible.
· Assist in designing, drafting, ordering, scheduling, and coordinating projects for new and updated showroom displays.
· Contribute to advertising campaigns, workshops, and submissions for design competitions.
· Create presentations for Company events.
· Provide exceptional service to every client and potential client, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
· Take on tasks typically performed by the Showroom Manager when required, including answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining showroom conditions.
Position Requirements:
· Proficiency in design software and the ability to hand-draft. 2020 is preferred but we can accommodate most software.
· Strong oral and written communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
· Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
· Tech Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
· A thorough understanding of kitchen industry products and trends.
· Ability to work collaboratively with Designers, clients, and vendors to deliver a seamless experience.
