Job responsibilities:
- Staff the showroom one day a week in our world-class showroom from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ready to manage new leads from walk-ins and phone calls.
- Stay on top of all leads and make sure no opportunity is missed.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, give them inspiring showroom tours, and schedule measurements for their dream kitchens and baths.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and communicate project details with clients effectively.
- Sell your design effectively to Clients emphasizing the solutions you have created.
- Collaborate with trade partners to bring projects to life, and meet installation teams onsite to ensure everything is on track. Be the go-to person for clients' and trade partners' questions and solutions.
- See projects through from sale to completion, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Keep up-to-date with code and legal standards for kitchen and bath renovations.
- Continuously pursue educational opportunities in the kitchen and bath field to stay ahead of the curve.
Position Requirements:
- At least 2 years of kitchen and bath design and sales experience, with a strong portfolio to showcase your amazing work.
- Proficiency in design software or the ability to hand-draft. 2020 is preferred but we can accommodate most software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Tech Proficiency andfamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: This is a commission-based position, with a salary plus commission structure during the training period. Motivated and experienced designers can expect to earn between $65,000 - $150,000 and up annually. More details will be provided during the interview process.
