Job Description : We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and self-motivated Family Service Advisor to join our team. This sales role is essential in assisting families with pre-planning cemetery services, assisting families with cemetery needs at the time of a loved one's passing, and memorialization. As a Family Service Advisor, you will build relationships with families, provide guidance during difficult times, and offer personalized solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with families to discuss and arrange cemetery services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through leads, walk-ins, and proactive outreach within our cemeteries.
- Provide professional and empathetic service to families in need.
- Customize and present service packages that honor the wishes of the clients.
- Manage sales appointments while also participating in scheduled on-duty days, weekend work as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions via a CRM.
- Provide cemetery tours and attend services to support families and build relationships.
