Manufacturing General Laborer - 1st Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st Shift General Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Neenah, WI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools and power tools. If you are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to our production goals, we would love to hear from you.

Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and other marine and industrial components. Our products support healthcare, military, law enforcement, banking, gas stations, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY

· Responsible for general labor tasks in assisting overall production of the shop

· We are looking for employees who are hardworking, reliable and detail oriented

· Ability to read and understand work instructions

· Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment

· Fabrication shop experience is strongly desired but not required

· Understanding of Job Shop processes, a plus

· Must have ability to lift, up to 50lbs
