Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Auditor
Department: Quality
Reports to: Quality Coordinator and Quality Manager
Supervises: N/A
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow all CMP safety and company policies.
- Conduct yourself with integrity and professionalism.
- Complete daily/ hourly quality checks as required.
- Communicate safety and quality issues immediately to supporting teams and document.
- Make and communicate quality decision with facts and samples.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Troubleshoot and investigate quality concerns.
- Provide employees with inspection books and labels in a timely manner.
- Challenge one-off situations that are being performed and ask why and document in inspection book.
- Respectfully challenge any incorrect documentation, technique and processes immediately.
- Take ownership of shift rejects and product in the hold area with complete documentation.
- Communicate all issues with on coming team and do a walk through with on coming auditor- do not leave unfinished work.
- Other duties as assigned.
