Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape design and construction. This role involves supervising landscaping projects, ensuring quality work, and working with the crew.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Evaluate and adjust irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
- Train and mentor team members on landscaping construction techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Build and maintain landscape features such as patios, walkways, pergolas, driveways, lighting, irrigation, decks, etc...
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of softscapes, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain various landscape features.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
