Administrative Assistant
Custom-Pak, is searching for a person to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our Corporate office.
Candidates for this position should be highly people-oriented and possess strong, interpersonal and organizational skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and assist visitors of Custom-Pak
- Employee File Management: Maintain an organized filing system for employee personnel and confidential files
- Office Administration: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and staffing corporate events
- Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Office Suite
- Support both Human Resources and Accounting functions
- Performs other related duties as assigned
RECOMMENDED COMPETENCIES:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
