Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee compensation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or strong experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and bookkeeping roles, preferably within a small business environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
