Role and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Administrator will be for the handling multiple duties, outlined within. This position may also assist the Human Resource Dept. when necessary, NOT to include employee’s confidential information. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Ensure personal safety and that of team members in the area; immediately reporting unsafe conditions to a leader; take action to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Answer all incoming calls and directing them accordingly.
- Assist with the Corporate Safety Programs / Purchasing / Operations
- Greet all customers and vendors with professionalism and assist them accordingly to their visit.
- Coordinate and assist the Plant Manager with the safety videos / paperwork for all new hires as required and ensure the recordkeeping of employee’s signage / documentation, then submit to HR.
- Learn and know Custom Pipe policies and procedures, conducting oneself in a positive and professional manner, promoting team unity and continuity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
