About the Company : Custom Processing Services provides contract manufacturing / toll processing services to a wide variety of industries. Specialized processes center on particle size reduction using a number of methods including jaw crushing, pulverizing, micronizing and media milling. Additional services such as flash drying, surface treatments, blending, dispersing, and packaging are also available. The Processing Pros provide new product development assistance from R&D concepts through their commercialization. In addition to CPS's technical grade facilities, a state-of-the-art, dedicated building is available for cGMP processing.
Ideal Skills
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions with the company; to include, but is not limited to posting job opportunities, screening candidates, phone interviewing, conducting onsite interviews and offer package preparation.
- Build relationships with Leaders and outline effective recruitment strategies.
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates continuously.
- Monitor open position status and progress, suggesting alternative sourcing techniques when necessary.
- Identify and participate in appropriate job fairs and campus recruitment opportunities and networking events.
- Coordinate and assist with the new hire process by assisting and ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding paperwork.
- Works effectively with department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
