Custom Produce Sales is a produce distribution center located in Parlier, Ca.
We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. Assistant duties include managing phone calls and helping customers and sales staff with various duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update custom records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Skills
- Previous experience in custom service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Some Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
