Security Guard company looking for Full-Time Recruiting Coordinator at Manhattan main office. Preferably looking for a candidate familiar with the Long Island area.
Responsibilities:
- Create, post and manage employment advertisements as needed
- Work with Account Managers to determine personnel needs in a timely manner, as well as providing administrative support when necessary
- Conduct interviews of prospective candidates, including confirming appropriate licensing qualifications are met
- Maintaining records of personnel files and related data, including both hard copy and web-based
- Address employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Process documentation and prepare report relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Liaise with other departments, including payroll
- Coordinate training sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relative human resources/administrative position
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail
