You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of injection molding equipment, supporting equipment and facilities across two plants in Lake Geneva, WI. Our 20 hydraulic presses range from 65 through 1500 tons. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to be a leader in a diverse community of people.
Maintenance staff at our company are responsible for upkeep, communication and recordkeeping of repair records to assist with company objectives and decision making. Preventative and predictive maintenance skills are important for efficient maintenance processes. Wage is based upon experience.
As our new Maintenance Technician, you will understand and work within a prioritized production environment to help support our throughput needs. Delegation and leadership skills will be necessary for communication with those who work for you, as well as those you work with. A strong ability to complete maintenance tasks will ensure that we are operating at maximum efficiency.

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
