PHOTOGRAPHER/ONLINE DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE

Custom Shop is looking for a Photographer/ Data Entry Associate to join our team. We are home to the Outdoor Channels “Gunfather Restorations” television series. The Photographer/Online Data Entry Associate opportunities are exciting, and we need a highly organized, strong communicator who can become an integrated part of our marketing outreach team. Candidates must have an eye for detail and a strong working knowledge of photography and online data entry. Candidates will assist the Custom Shop Team in photographing products, assisting with ad development, and perform online data entry for all Custom Shop Sales funnel ads and marketing outreach.

This position works in complete integration with the current team at Custom Shop Inc, and while independent in many ways, good communication skills and teamwork is a requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform photography of all products listed for sale understanding camera functions, lighting, angle, etc. to capture ad worthy images.

· Check and maintain photography gear to ensure functionality and integrity of equipment.

· Perform necessary computer program skills for cataloging and maintaining photo library.

· Working in photo shop programs to prepare print worthy images such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Photoshop Elements, Corel Draw, or other photo editing software.

· Import finished photos into ads on our online listing platforms; eBay, Amazon, Gunbroker, Guns International and Custom Shops Woo Commerce.

· Use of good language skills in writing and developing ads to post on all platforms.

· Knowledge of working with SEO scores and other online markers for most efficient use of word structure and target words.

· Prepare test run checks on ads to ensure product output meets SEO targets.

· Work in close partnership with owner, business manager and social media specialist to ensure smooth transitions within the team while posting ads.

· Assist and launch cross-channel social media posts highlighting products, new lines, and sales.

· Create, edit and share engaging visual content (photo, video, text, news blurbs, etc) working with social media team.

· Work with and coordinate with the Outdoor Channel film crew for opportunities to capture exciting content for marketing.

· Monitor industry standards and stay up to date on current research and marketing trends and software tools and techniques.

· Maintain professional appearance and good personal hygiene.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Creativity and execution of ideas is a must for results-driven approach.

· A keen eye for detail and great computer skill aptitude are essential.

· Proven skill in operation of photography equipment.

· Proven work experience as Photographer, Online data entry and management, preferred.

· A bachelor’s degree or certificate in the technology field or something similar or equivalent military training/experience.

· Experience with Social Media Marketing a plus.

· Advance computer skills preferred in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Graphic Design in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, Inkscape, Affinity Designer, or other digital technologies.

· Excellent communications skills are a requirement.

· Great time management and organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities.

· Motivated self-starter who can work independently and without supervision.

· Leadership skills and team player.

· Willing to adjust hours according to workload and filming schedule.

· Flexibility with regards to position growth and potential.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
