Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to convert diverse data into actionable intelligence.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise GIS tool suite using ArcGIS and other GIS technologies.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Utilize JavaScript for developing interactive web mapping applications.
- Expertise in ArcGIS and geospatial data formats (vector and raster).
- Proficiency with GIS Web Services such as ArcGIS REST Services.
- Development skills in JavaScript and experience with Web Mapping APIs like ArcGIS JS API.
- Experience with Agile-based software development.
- 7 years in software development.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years with modern languages (Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript).
- Experience managing enterprise GIS infrastructure.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and CI polygraph eligibility.
