Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees throughout their employment journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management.
Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain personnel records for all employees
- Monitor and evaluate employees as required
- Issue disciplines, when necessary, per disciplinary procedure
- Assist in the development and implementation of organization design strategies to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution as needed.
- Maintain and Review Health & Safety Policy and Manual annually·
- Train/Schedule training for all hourly employees, Supervisors and Plant Manager to adhere to OSHA standards
- Support the health and safety committee in all their responsibilities
- Coordinate workers' compensation claims and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and best practices for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with management on project management initiatives related to human capital management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as iCIMS, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations affecting human resources practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in affirmative action planning, organization design, project management, and administrative tasks is highly desirable.

Pay: $61,025.00 - $64,426.00 per year
