As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Concrete Crew Foreman to join our team and lead our skilled workforce.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Concrete Crew Foreman to oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites. The Foreman will be responsible for ordering concrete, coordinating concrete placement, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team of concrete workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and assist a team of concrete workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with project specifications.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and schedules to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Manage daily crew assignments, ensuring all workers understand their duties and responsibilities.
• Oversee the preparation and pouring of concrete for floors, driveways, sidewalks, and other structures.
• Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Monitor the quality of work, making adjustments as needed to meet project standards.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in concrete work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete installation techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a crew effectively.
• In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

• Certification in Concrete Finishing or related field.
• CDL Drivers License
• First Aid/CPR certification.
