What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Custom Touch Homes?
JOB SUMMARY
This position works cleaning the inside of building structures, in our facility, to prepare them for final inspection and shipping.
JOB HOURS
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Overtime available

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Clean new construction homes and buildings including but not limited to filling nail holes, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping,
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS
- Cleaning experience.
- Knowledge in general cleaning practices and the use of cleaning products.
- Skill in lifting and moving materials, up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, and be on your feet continuously throughout the day.
- Work independently and as a team member.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic safety rules.
Minimum Qualifications: Cleaning experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
