We're Hiring motivated individuals for the following positions:
- Production Equipment Assemblers / Mechanics
- Welders / Fabricators
- Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Overtime until 3:30 PM or as needed)
- Boom Trucks / Cranes
- Bucket / Dump Trucks
- Digger Derricks
- Utility Trucks & More
- 12-volt electrical wiring experience (trailers, wire harnesses, etc.).
- Truck, Auto Mechanics shop related experienced (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, hydraulic systems, and welding.
- A desire to learn and grow.
As part of the Installation Production Team, you will be responsible for upfitting and customizing vehicles to CTOS specifications. This includes:
- Installing and wiring electrical components for utility trucks, cranes, and related equipment.
- Modifying and enhancing vehicles to meet industry-specific needs.
- Perform electrical and lighting modifications (12V systems).
- Work with electrical components such as switches, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers.
- Wire electrical systems for various vehicles using schematics.
- Build custom wiring harnesses and ensure proper splicing, crimping, and soldering.
- Run wiring harnesses along truck frames and between drive axles.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and follow wiring schematics and written instructions.
- Work in a shop environment and outdoors.
- Stand or walk on concrete and uneven surfaces for 8 hours daily.
