We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Custom Truck One Source. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations leadership, manufacturing, or similar fields and be able to make sound judgments and decisions by considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with engineering to implement and monitor new manufacturing and assembly processes
- Reviewing performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement
- Directing and coordinating activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products
- Establishing or implementing departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures
- Performing personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field and at least ten years of related experience. Previous union management experience is desired.
