Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Production Leadership Role to oversee the daily activities of our Elk Point facility. The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
The Production Leadership Role will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with engineering to implement and monitor new manufacturing and assembly processes
- Reviewing performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement
- Directing and coordinating activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products
- Establishing or implementing departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field and at least ten years of related experience. Previous union management experience is desired.
