Fence Installers & Laborers

Overview:

We are seeking fence installers and laborers to join our team immediately for the Spring 2025 season. As a fence installer, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of various types of fences, including vinyl, cedar, and aluminum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fence installation, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Remove existing fences, including chain link, wood, vinyl, and aluminum
• Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
• Build and install fence panels
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely fashion
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns on the jobsite

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
• Strong knowledge of different fence materials and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures, levels and technical drawings
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different job responsibilities
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Prior fencing experience preferred, but not required
• Must arrive to work on time for scheduled shifts
