Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage high volumes of inbound calls professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to callers.
- Document and relay messages clearly and quickly.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor under pressure.
- Follow company scripts and call procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
- Previous experience in telephone answering services is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with call management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent

Required Availability
Weekday Availability:
- Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 10:00pmCST
- A minimum of 8 hours of weekend availability or 16 hours of every other weekend availability required
Two-week mandatory remote training begins Monday, March 31st and follows the schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST.
